Amendment No. 1 to the .ORG Registry Agreement
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and Public Interest Registry agree, effective as of ______________________________________ (“Amendment Effective Date”), that the following modification is made to the 22 August 2013 .ORG Registry Agreement:
I. Appendix 9 Approved Services, shall now include “Registry Lock” such as is identified below.

• Internationalized Domain Names, in accordance with the Letter from Paul Twomey to Edward Viltz dated 21 October 2003; and
• Redemption Grace Period
[New Text]
• Internationalized Domain Names, in accordance with the Letter from Paul Twomey to Edward Viltz dated 21 October 2003;
• Redemption Grace Period; and
• Registry Lock - Registry Operator may offer the Registry Lock service, which is a registry service that allows an authorized representative from the sponsoring Registrar to request the activation or deactivation of any of the following EPP statuses: serverUpdateProhibited, serverDeleteProhibited and⁄or serverTransferProhibited.
The parties have duly executed this Amendment as of the Amendment Effective Date first written above.
